Terms of Use

Effective September 2, 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to Mega League Manager (“MLM”), an administrative service for the West Michigan VEX Mega League. By using MLM, you agree to these terms.

Authorized access

You must use a Google or Microsoft account whose verified email matches an MLM invitation or authorized account. Creating an external account does not grant MLM access. You are responsible for protecting your account and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You may use MLM only for legitimate league administration within your assigned role. You must not attempt to access another user’s account or data, bypass permissions, disrupt the service, upload malicious content, misuse contact information, send unauthorized communications, or use MLM unlawfully.

League and contact information

Authorized users are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of information they enter, import, publish, or communicate. Personal information must be limited to what is necessary for league operations and handled consistently with assigned privacy settings and applicable requirements.

Communications

MLM may send invitations, schedules, reminders, cancellations, preference confirmations, and other authorized operational messages. Users must respect communication preferences and must not use MLM for unrelated advertising or solicitation.

Third-party services

MLM integrates with services such as Google, Microsoft, Hostinger, SMTP email, and RobotEvents/VEX data. Those services are governed by their own terms. References to VEX, RobotEvents, Google, Microsoft, or other providers do not imply that they operate or endorse MLM.

Availability and changes

MLM may be changed, suspended, or unavailable for maintenance, security, provider outages, or operational reasons. Features, schedules, and published information should be independently confirmed when they affect competition participation or safety.

Disclaimer and limitation

MLM is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the Mega League and its volunteers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use MLM.

Termination

Access may be limited or removed when a role ends, these terms are violated, account security is at risk, or league operations require it. Relevant audit, security, competition, or backup records may be retained after access ends.

Governing terms and contact

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Michigan and the United States. Questions may be sent to info@megaleague.us. Updated terms take effect when posted with a revised effective date.
